I personally handle all the editing, meticulously hand-editing each photograph without the use of AI to ensure my clients’ privacy is protected and to guarantee a swift delivery time for all products. This approach allows me to maintain the high quality and consistency that my clients expect.

Each time we run our mini session events, spaces are limited to around 7-9 spots. If you can’t make it this time, don’t worry! By entering your email, you’ll be the first to know about future mini sessions. If there is enough demand, we may even host a second date closer to the original. By making any payment towards your session, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all clients of Feather and Stone Boudoir.

1. Booking & Payment

• The full session fee of $595 is required to secure your boudoir experience. This amount acts as a non-refundable retainer, covering your booking, planning, and allocated resources.

• If you are paying in instalments, the full $595 still applies as your non-refundable session retainer, regardless of how the payments are split.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations with less than 8 days’ notice will be required to cover any non-recoverable costs already committed. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Airbnb or location hire

  • Hair and makeup artist fees

  • Studio or venue rental

  • Assistant or staff costs

  • Shoot-specific rentals, including equipment or props

  • Any other session-specific purchases

• All reschedules incur a $200 rebooking fee, regardless of notice given. This fee covers additional planning, rebooking of the team and location, and admin time.

3. Arrival

• Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure a smooth and relaxed experience.

4. Refunds

• All payments made are non-refundable, including the $595 session fee.

• No refunds will be issued if you decide not to proceed after booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Image Reveal & Product Orders

• Your photo reveal and ordering session will take place on the same day as your shoot.

• If you’re unable to attend the same-day reveal in person, we can arrange a virtual reveal session at a later date that suits your schedule.

• All albums and products are bespoke and custom made. Please allow 6–8 weeks for delivery.

• All digital image purchases and product orders are final and non-refundable once selections are confirmed.

6. Privacy & Image Use

• Your images are kept strictly private and will never be used in marketing or shown publicly without your written consent.

• A separate model release form will only be provided if you choose to opt-in to sharing.
